The Washington International Horse Show is an annual horse show held in Washington, DC. International riders competing in Jumper classes, hunter classics, dressage, sidesaddle and ponies compete. In 2006, WHA was hired as WIHS’s marketing partner to assist in promoting the show.

WHA’s tasks included: special event oversight for press conferences, event dedicated in memoriam of President Gerald R. Ford, marquis entertainment Friday performance by Jewel, National Anthem special performances, Pony Pavilion, Barn Night and Welcome Night at the International Embassy; business and hospitality community outreach and partnership implementation; political outreach; media relations; educational and non-profit community relations; sponsorships and media partnerships; street promotional teams; collateral creation and production; outdoor marketing and web site development.

Overall, the campaign helped raise event attendance and garnered more than 59.5 million gross impressions over the year.
