For more then 13 years, WHA has worked with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor, Baltimore in creating and implementing media and community relations campaigns, while overseeing special event planning including ground-breaking and construction milestone events, Grand Opening festivities, broker open houses, and luxury lifestyle events that welcomed more than 20,000 guests to the property.

Since it’s Grand Opening in 2008, WHA has assisted the management team with the sales strategy, development of marketing collateral, sponsorship plans and implementation, advertising buys and submissions, media relations and social media outreach.WHA worked with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra to designate two Ritz-Carlton residential condominiums as the site of the 2011 Decorator’s Showhouse. More than 7,500 guests attended the event, resulting in the sales of two units.

Currently, The Ritz-Carlton Residences has a 65% occupancy, and over the past twelve months, the sales team continues to exceed their monthly sales goals.
