In 2008, Winthrop Management, L.P. hired WHA to assist in the branding of 100 Light Street (formerly known as the Legg Mason Building). WHA oversaw the strategic marketing plan to rebrand the building and its multi-million dollar renovations while partnering with Colliers Pinkard to produce sales tools to help with the leasing efforts.
WHA and its designers developed a new logo, collateral material, website (www.100lightstreet.com), construction signage, presentation tools, among much more. The team organized and implemented special events for local commercial real estate brokers, and milestone events (i.e. Garage Opening, Plaza and Lobby Opening, Grand Re-Opening, etc.)
Through media relations outreach, WHA secured more than 60 media articles about the construction changes and real estate activity at 100 Light Street. By 2010 at the conclusion of WHA’s contract, the 35-story skyscraper at 100 Light Street was more than 95% occupied.
